1. Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt of your purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aihomegadget.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

2. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@aihomegadget.com.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide a photo of the damaged product or the incorrect item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund in case of defective or incorrect products.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
  • Please ensure that returned items are securely packed to prevent any damage during return transit.
