- Domestic Orders (USA): Delivery usually takes between 5-30 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location.
- Since we operate as a dropshipping business, third-party suppliers handle product fulfillment, and we do not control their policies regarding shipping times, returns, and other logistics. Product quality, packaging, and delivery timelines are managed by our suppliers, and while we strive to work with reliable partners, we cannot guarantee specific shipping durations or packaging standards. If you have concerns regarding an order, please contact us, and we will facilitate communication with the supplier on your behalf.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.
- Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available in the system.
Missing or Lost Shipments:
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at support@aihomegadget.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- If an item is lost in transit, we will work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Address Issues:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@aihomegadget.com to update it before we ship the order.
Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges, but the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the product is not defective and damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a resolution.
